What We Offer
Who This Is For
What we offer
Modern work builds a cage of protective mechanisms. We use the African Bush as a neurological tool: Removing the familiar scripts of your environment unfixes your identity and breaks habitual thinking loops. Paired with wild adventures and intentional spaces — you can now hear what's been true all along.
It's more than a vacation. It’s the week you design your next chapter from a place of clarity.

ABOUT US
Founder Adventures was born from a simple truth:
Clarity comes when you step away from the life that’s confusing you.
Founder Adventures was born from a simple truth: Clarity comes when you step away from the life that’s confusing you.
Vas, your guide, learned this first-hand. A trip to the African bush shifted her story. It gave her the perspective her routine couldn’t. It gave her the courage to leave investment banking, build a social-impact startup abroad, and design her dream career.
Now she helps others do the same. Space to think. Support to act. A setting that quietly shakes you awake and shows you who you could be. Movement, nature immersion, and cross-cultural connection are our curriculum to tap back into our intuition.
If you are ready to hear what has been true all along, we’ll see you in Kenya.
REAL IMPACT
Your trip tuition sponsors a Kenyan orphan to attend college - and you can meet the student your cohort supports on the trip. You’ll have fun, make a tangible difference, and come home with a clearer compass.

Frequently asked questions
Why do people join this retreat?
Most participants arrive at a crossroads — exploring a career change, searching for career clarity, or simply needing a real reset after the pace of early professional life. Some call it a “quarter-life crisis retreat,” others think of it as a chance to step out of routine and see their life more honestly. If you’re burned out, bored at work, or unsure what you’re working toward, you’re in the right place.
Who is this for?
This retreat is designed for early-career professionals — typically 1–5 years out of college — who want to step away from routine and rethink their direction. You may be: exploring a career change, looking for personal clarity, feeling burned out or unmotivate, wanting a life reset retreat that isn’t all meditation and yoga, or curious about designing a life that actually fits you. If you’re ambitious, open-minded, and ready to ask bigger questions, you’ll fit right in. If you love adventure and natural beauty, you'll love the setting!
What makes this different from other retreats?
This isn’t a wellness spa, a lecture series, or a tourist safari. Think of it as a life design retreat in motion: reflection paired with real adventure. Each day blends: time in nature, beautiful landscapes, guided exercises for clarity, honest group discussions, and structured space to think about your work and life. It’s part transformational travel, part career clarity program, part personal development adventure — but without the gimmicks.
What will I leave with?
By the end, most people describe this as a personal clarity retreat — a reset that helps them see their career and life with more honesty and direction. You’ll leave with: a clearer sense of what you actually want, deeper understanding of your strengths and values, a next move you feel confident testing (job change, path shift, freelancing, or a creative project), a small peer circle to support you afterward, and pre- and post-trip coaching to help you integrate what you discover. Kenya removes noise. What’s left is signal: your own voice and the direction that feels right. You'll also receive 10 hours of free coaching you can use pre- or post-trip (value of $1500).
Is this a career clarity or career direction program?
Yes — but it’s not a classroom. This is a career clarity experience built around adventure. We use nature, exploration, and intentional challenge as the curriculum for designing your life. You’ll have space to think deeply, understand your strengths, and see possible paths with more confidence. Many participants leave with clarity about a new career direction, freelancing, a side project, or simply a healthier approach to work.
Is this right for me if I don’t know what comes next?
Absolutely. Most participants show up not knowing what they want — that’s the whole point. You don’t need a plan. You just need curiosity and the willingness to step away long enough to hear yourself clearly.
Is this a good fit if I’m considering freelancing or working for myself?
Yes. While this isn’t an entrepreneurship bootcamp, many participants explore ideas around working for themselves, freelancing, consulting, or starting small creative projects. You’ll have space (and coaching support) to explore those paths without pressure.
